This course is designed to improve students' ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, both domestically and abroad. Students will learn information to help them communicate across cultures, build cultural intelligence, and develop global dexterity. This class will explore the complexity of culture through student's personal beliefs and values, verbal and non-verbal communication, strategies for building cultural intelligence, and specific cultural comparisons.
