What is Merit?
Merit is a personal archive of a student's academic career, showcasing their accomplishments, achievements, activities, and more.
Made Dean's List? Earned a research or departmental award? Received a university or college internship? Joined an academic honor society?
When a student achieves any of these milestones, the UK College of Arts and Sciences publishes them using Merit. Local newspapers, the high school the student attended, government officials, and the student receive alerts with links to the story and options to share it.
The first time a student receives recognition, they also receive a welcome email from Merit with instructions on how to set up their Merit Page.
Get Started in Four Easy Steps
- Go to asuky.meritpages.com and search for your name.
- Next to your name, find the option to claim your profile.
- Enter your UK linkblue email address and submit the form. Merit will send you a confirmation email.
- Using the confirmation email, claim your page.
You can keep your friends, family, mentors and others up to date on your achievements by adding them to the Merit Students Updates page.
