A&S Class of 2016 at K Week

The Class of 2016 gathered during K Week for an opportunity to meet more of their classmates, and chat with faculty in their areas of study.

Dean Mark Kornbluh welcomed the students into the College of A&S and challenged them to be engaged, critical thinkers, and to use their time wisely in exploring the world around them, as well as defining themselves in it.
Our A&S Ambassadors chipped in with lots of great advice for the incoming freshman – hopefully they paid attention!

Outside, they were able to make a lasting impression by contributing to the A&S Digital Quilt by drawing on an iPad and submitting their creations into a giant collective of images. There were plenty of UK-centric entries! And yes, to top it all off there was ice cream to go along with lots of freebies and chances to win prizes like an iPod Shuffle!
