The University of Kentucky College of Arts and Sciences Outstanding Staff Awards for 2023 will be announced in April 2024.
The A&S Staff Council and the Dean’s Office request your assistance in identifying exceptional staff for our annual Outstanding Staff Award. This award recognizes individuals who have:
• Demonstrated exemplary dedication and commitment to their department/unit and to the College
• Gone above and beyond their expected job standards, by ways of flexibility, respect, learning, competence, and communication
• Provided influence and advancements, furthering areas of teaching, research, and service
• Consistently modeled our mission of “through excellence, enable the faculty and students’ best work”
The Dean’s Office has approved two (2) cash awards of $1,000 each. One monthly and one bi-weekly employee will be chosen. Final selections will be determined by the A&S Staff Council in collaboration with the college leadership.
