Welcome to the University of Kentucky!

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, the “Motor City,” I began my undergraduate career at Siena Heights University (formerly Siena Heights College).  I had a chance to play college basketball for one of the best coaches ever: Head Coach Ben Braun, who, during his 37 year career, coached many players into the NBA.  Playing was fantastic fun, but more importantly, I learned valuable lessons from Coach Braun that would help me to be successful later in life: resilience, leadership, service to others.

After completing my BA, I finished my Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel.  Over time, I have had the opportunity to advise at several colleges and universities: Jackson Community College, Eastern Michigan University, The University of Akron, and The University of Alabama.

Now, I only “see blue.”  I look forward to serving you and your entire family.  And remember: Go Wildcats and go to class!
