Professionalism And Ldrship Development
Professionalism and Leadership Development was created for nursing students in the BSN Program. This course explores current issues in healthcare, local, state and national. The role of the professional nurse leader is emphasized in the application of nursing ethics, patient advocacy, quality care, and safe evidence-based practice and how these qualities can be best implemented. Students will apply leadership knowledge and skills of the Registered Nurse and in leading change and optimizing patient care.
